The Olivé Gumà Clinic, with 25 specialties and a forecast of 90 000 external medical appointments per year, has decided to go with Vi-Clone technology for the development of an innovative information point whose main function is to guide patients that come to the clinic from the very beginning and optimizes the management of visits. The solution was Eva Vi-Clone, an advanced virtual assistant, based on natural language that imitates human behaviour and improves communication with the patients.
