Eva Vi-Clone Problem: The Olivé Gumà Clinic was near its inauguration. Many patients were going to be disoriented in these new facilities. The clinic needed an information point that could help the patients.Solution: Eva Vi-Clone becomes the virtual employee at the clinic. With her help, the patients who introduce their ID card number in the information point screen will know the location of the room where they need to go, as well as the name of their doctor. Eva is also qualified to explain the different specialties of the clinic, as well as the rest of services that they offer. According to don Ignacio Garraldas, the President of Mutua Madrileñas, the addition of Eva Vi-Clone has meant a rise in the capacity for quick information and has given the clinic an image of quality. Don Albert Sarrá, the General Director of Aresa Salud, also praised the Vi-Clone calling it “a symbol of what Mutua Madrileña intends to continue to provide its clients: New technologies and modernity".
